RADCaT office

Over 50 Years of Compliance Expertise

RADCaT is a family-run compliance consultancy based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. Since 2004, we've helped businesses across the UK navigate complex health and safety, dangerous goods, DSEAR, GDPR and employment legislation.

Our Story

From Local Consultancy to Nationwide Compliance Partner

RADCaT was founded in 2004 by David Kenyon with a clear vision: to provide practical, affordable compliance solutions to businesses navigating increasingly complex UK legislation. Starting with dangerous goods safety advice (DGSA) and specialist training services, David built a reputation across the transport and logistics industry for expert, no-nonsense consultancy.

In 2010, Dawn Kenyon joined the family business, and by 2011 she became Managing Director, bringing fresh energy and strategic vision. Under Dawn's leadership, RADCaT expanded from a specialist dangerous goods consultancy into a comprehensive compliance partner — adding health and safety, GDPR data protection, DSEAR assessments, and HR and employment law services to the portfolio.

Today, RADCaT proudly supports businesses of all sizes — from local SMEs in Wigan and Greater Manchester to national blue-chip organisations — with a growing team of qualified consultants delivering tailored compliance solutions across every major UK industry sector.

Hiring rooms at RADCaT is simple, less expensive than many other places, yet it feels like you've paid a fortune for it. Highly recommended.

Resolve Recruitment

We appointed RADCaT as our DGSA back in 2010, and we've been extremely happy with the services they offer. Thankfully, we've never had to use their emergency number, but their annual audits are comprehensive and reassuring. It's comforting to know that if the worst happened, we'd be fully supported.

Our team holds a range of professional qualifications including Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) certification, NEBOSH and IOSH health and safety qualifications, Chartered Manager status, GDPR Practitioner certification, and extensive practical experience across multiple industry sectors.
