A DGSA is a legally required appointment for any business involved in the transport of dangerous goods by road (ADR), sea (IMDG) or air (IATA). As a minimum, we recommend reviewing your DSEAR assessment annually. If you store, handle or use any flammable liquids, gases, dusts or vapours, you're legally required to have a DSEAR assessment in place.
