Can you deliver training at our premises?
Absolutely. We deliver all courses either at our fully equipped Wigan training centre or on-site at your premises anywhere in the UK. On-site delivery is typically more cost-effective for groups of 6 or more and minimises disruption to your operations. We bring all training materials, equipment and documentation — you just provide the room and the delegates.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes. Our courses are accredited and aligned with recognised standards including IOSH, HSE guidelines, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Work at Height Regulations 2005, the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and UK GDPR. Delegates receive certificates of completion or formal qualifications depending on the course. All certificates specify the accrediting body and validity period.
Do you offer e-learning options?
Yes. Selected courses are available as online e-learning modules that can be completed at your own pace, from any device with internet access. E-learning is particularly popular for GDPR awareness, fire safety refreshers, manual handling theory, cybersecurity awareness and induction training. How long do training certificates last?
Certificate validity varies by course. First Aid at Work certificates are valid for 3 years. IOSH Managing Safely has no formal expiry but refresher training is recommended every 3 years. Fire awareness, manual handling and working at height refreshers are recommended annually. We track certificate expiry dates for retained clients and notify you when refreshers are due.
Can you create bespoke training for our business?
Yes. We regularly design and deliver bespoke training courses tailored to specific industries, operations, equipment or compliance requirements. This might involve combining elements from several standard courses, incorporating your own procedures and documentation, or developing entirely new content for specialist processes.
